Losing both your phone and your Trezor hardware wallet can be quite distressing, but don’t worry! Here’s how you can recover your wallet:

1. Recovery Seed (Backup Phrase):

   • When you initially set up your Trezor, you were given a recovery seed (also known as a backup phrase). This seed consists of 12 or 24 words.

   • These words are the key to accessing your wallet even if your Trezor.io/start and phone are lost.

   • Important: Never share your recovery seed with anyone, and keep it securely stored offline.

2. Steps to Recover:

   • Obtain a new Trezor device (if you don’t already have one).

   • Install the Trezor Suite desktop app on your computer (if you haven’t already).

   • Connect the new Trezor to your computer using the USB cable.

   • Open the Trezor Suite app and select “Recover wallet.”

   • Enter the recovery seed (the 12 or 24 words) when prompted.

   • Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your new Trezor with the same wallet as before.

3. Choose a New PIN:

   • During the recovery process, you’ll be asked to create a new PIN for your Trezor.

   • Make sure it’s secure and memorable.

4. Verify Your Balance:

   • Once the recovery is complete, check that your wallet balance matches what you had before.

   • You should see all your previously held cryptocurrencies.

5. Additional Security Measures:

   • If you had set up a passphrase (a 25th word) for added security, you’ll need to enter it during recovery.

   • If you didn’t use a passphrase before, you can choose to set one up now.

6. Mobile Wallets:

   • If you want to use your Trezor with mobile wallets again, follow the steps mentioned in my previous response.

   • Remember to securely store your recovery seed and never expose it online.

7. Contact Support (If Needed):

   • If you encounter any issues during recovery, reach out to Trezor support for assistance.

   • They can guide you through any specific scenarios or challenges you might face.
